Sources
Each knowledge body that you upload into your workspace is called a 'Source'. It could be a simple URL or a Document or even a complete website. In this section we will show how you can manage these 'Sources' and use them to train your 'Assistants'.
Workspace Settings
Each user on KNO is assigned a workspace. You can invite your organisation or a specific team. Share your KNO workspace with others or work solo. Learn how you can do that and more in this section.
